Objective: To analyze current derivation policies, including geographic areas, type, quantity and distribution of mobile, customer statistics, processes and systems, in order to suggest a set of critical factors to improve service efficiency, maintaining or improving the Quality of the same.

Short description:Candoit carried out a survey of the situation, including:

• Assignment policies: Quantity, type and distribution of mobiles.
• Statistics of services.
• Processes.
• Systems.
• Identification and proposal of improvement opportunities.
• Policies and processes.
• Distribution of mobiles.

Methodology: The methodology used consisted of the statistical analysis of the data and the test of alternatives through simulation and optimization, for the presentation of proposals for improvement.

Result of the analysis:
Assessment of the fleet increase requirement taking into account the demand and service level for the definition of investments to be made.
