Problem: Unwanted charge loss in a heat recovery unit.

Study: CFD analyzed about 10 design variants to find the cause of loss and reach the most effective model.

Result: The load loss was due to poor design in one of the parts of the stove.

Solution: It was found a functional design and easy to build, which did not cause great costs and brought a visible improvement in the oven.
